Through the Website, it is not possible to conclude a sales contract or a contract for the provision of services, which means that advertisements, price lists, catalogs and other information about products and services posted on the Website should not be treated as an offer, and possibly as an invitation to conclude contract. The conclusion of the contract may take place as a result of an inquiry addressed to the Owner and after the parties agree on the detailed terms of such an agreement – the conclusion and terms of such an agreement are, however, governed by separate general terms and conditions of sale and general terms and conditions for the provision of services by the Owner and may be the subject of individual arrangements between the parties before the conclusion of the agreement, conducted, for example, electronically, by phone or in person at the Owner’s office.

The website is available to all Internet users. As part of the Website, the Owner provides information about his business activity and about the products and services he offers. Proper use of the Website requires meeting the following technical requirements:

ELECTRONIC SERVICES
The following electronic services are available on the Website: contact form, newsletter and blog.
Using the contact form is possible after completing a total of three consecutive steps by the user – (1) going to the “Contact” tab or another tab with an available contact form, (2) filling out the contact form with the data indicated as mandatory and (3) clicking the “Send message”. The contact form requires providing the content of the message addressed to the Owner and at least the following user data: name and surname and e-mail address to which the Owner’s reply should be sent. The user should also select the subject of the message.
The contact form electronic service is provided free of charge and is of a one-time nature and ends when the message is sent via it or when the message is sent via it.
Using the newsletter is possible after entering the name and e-mail address in the “Newsletter” tab visible on the Website, to which subsequent editions of the newsletter about news and promotions offered by the Owner are to be sent, and then clicking the “Save” field – from this moment the data of the user will be saved in the Owner’s mailing database. The newsletter electronic service is provided free of charge for an indefinite period. The User may, at any time and without giving any reason, unsubscribe from the newsletter (unsubscribe from the newsletter) by sending an appropriate request to the Owner, for example by e-mail to the following address: ramex@ramex.pl.
Browsing the blog is possible after going to the “News” and / or “Tips and arrangements” tab visible on the Website. The blog is available free of charge to all visitors to the Website without the need to provide any data or perform any other actions. As part of the blog, the Owner publishes articles referring to the subject of the Website, the products it offers and the services it provides.
The user has the option to stop using the blog at any time and without giving any reason by closing the web browser. All content sent via the Website should be reliable and contain true information. It is forbidden for users to send and post content that violates the rules of netiquette and contains information that is untrue or may mislead other people, as well as containing advertising content or content that directly or indirectly promotes other websites, products and services. The owner reserves the right to remove content that violates the above rules.
Viewing job offers is possible after going to the ” Career ” tab visible on the Website. Browsing job offers is available free of charge to all visitors to the Website without the need to provide any data or perform any other activities. In order to submit an application for a specific position as part of job offers, the user should click on the ” Apply ” button visible on the Website, after which the user is redirected to the e-mail program on the user’s end device, through which the user can send a message to the Owner. Possible submission of an application for a selected position takes place outside the Website, using e-mail.
The user has the option at any time and without giving a reason to stop using job offers by closing the web browser.

The owner reserves the right to remove content that violates the above rules.
STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
In order to fulfill the information obligations, the owner indicates that the consumer, pursuant to art. 27 of the Act on Consumer Rights, may withdraw from the distance contract within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason and without incurring costs. The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Owner informs that via ramex.pl he does not conclude any contracts with consumers on the basis of which consumers would be obliged to provide services other than the provision of personal data processed by the entrepreneur solely for the purpose of performing the contract or statutory obligation.
Consumers may resign from using the Website and electronic services at any time and without incurring costs. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user should inform the Owner of his decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough to send information regarding the exercise of the right to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period expires. An exemplary model withdrawal form is included in Annex 2 to the Act on Consumer Rights.
The above provisions regarding the consumer also apply to a natural person for whom the conclusion of the contract is directly related to his business activity, when it follows from the circumstances that it is not of a professional nature for that person, resulting in particular from the subject of his business activity, made available on the basis of the provisions on the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity.
